BEST SERVICE EVER !!!

My PS4 was not connecting and had other errors , I booked it on the 23 April 2025 @08 :45 with a friendly service consultant(everyone is friendly ) that explained the whole process that it'll take between 3 o 5 days to be assessed and i did not have a problem with that .Today the 24 April 2025 , i received an email @ 8:30 regarding a collection , when i got to branch i was given a replacement /new console without a nay questions .
