Bad Service - Absolutely no sense of urgency

<p>This company does NOT stick to the time lines promised. They maintain 2 days to assess a computer. Took them 7 days. Then they had to order the part from overseas which could take anything from 7 - 14 days they said. The part arrived in 7 days (throught some miracle). They maintain that it then takes 2 days to fix after part has been received. They have now had the part for 2 days and still nothing. I am told that I can collect 'possibly' on thursday which means that it will then have taken them 4 days since the part arrived.</p> <p>I have had nothing but frustration dealing with these people.</p>
