Bad Bad Service

How Partserve has survived until now with the very bad service they are giving to consumers is beyond comprehension. There is NO customer service, they do not contact you on repairs, or if they do not have stock NO COMMUNICATION to customers. The staff at the technical desk is extremely RUDE and you cannot speak to a manager. I cannot understand how big brands like Epson, Playstation, etc can use Partserv as their repair center surely there are other companies out there that will give much better service than Partserve. I will never take any repairs back to Partserve or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely bad bad bad. They don't even deserve a star.
