Bad attitude and no delivery

sent part serve the picture of my clients laptop so we could get a power supply for them. After 2 weeks of back and forth trying to decide what is the correct power supply the lady assured me that she had the part. We paid for 3 items all the same and waited for them to contact us for the product to arrive so we can go collect. After a considerable time (cant remember exactly- say 1 month) lady calls to say the product is ready for collection. I go collect and deliver to the client only to find its the wrong product and doesn't fit the clients laptops. I Contact part server speak to a manager and after more investigating he says he has the correct part but it will take 3 months to get the product. After about 2 months around January 2015 I contact them and they tell me the product has arrived I can come collect . I call the client tell him the good news and rush off to collect the product. They give me 1 of the 3 units. I spoke again to the manager (guy who ordered the part) and he said he will rush off go to the warehouse and collect the product and call me to collect later that day or worst case the next day. We are now in the end of March and haven't hear 1 word
