Awful service

<p>Asked for repairs for a two year old Lenovo desktop - paid in July - still in December waiting for it after following up each month. Each call I had included the words "we have escalated this and will phone you back today with a solution" - was not called back on at least six occasions. Asked for my money and machine back twice - to which they again said the will escalate further and get back to me. Which they didn't. I am not sure how much higher this could be escalated! Unbelievably frustrating. Don't use them. </p>
