What an awesome pleasure being assisted by Natasha at Partserve (Mountedgecombe Durban ) I had a previous encounter with the company and was not happy with the service as ,No one will help me replace my keyboard or give me the right advice However, Natasha went to the extra mile to ensure I get another keyboard , even though it was not the same color she understood that I was looking for functionality rather than aesthetics -she really went the extra amount to understand my customer need and I really appreciate the level of service ,empathy and overall Awesome service received from this lady. She is really an asset to the business. Partserve is definitely LED well by Natasha My laptop is the life line of my small business
