Avoid PartServe like the Plague!!!

Sent my Epson Printer in on 01/02/22. Was promised it would take maximum 3 to 5 Business days to repair. Phoned in today (the 10th) to find out if it was repaired. They had the audacity to tell me that it hadn't even been looked at and that one of the techs would have a look at it "soon" and call me back with a quotation! Absolutely unbelievable!! Still without a printer after 10 days.
