Avoid Partserve like the plague!

Ordered a PC online and paid for it. Did not receive it. After multiple inquiries they sent a different (cheaper) machine. Did not refund the difference. Ignored all emails. Phoning is useless - never get the right person and hold on for ages. Avoid this company like the plague - they are useless.
