AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would think twice before taking anything to to Partserve I have had 2 bad experiences with them first my laptop that the quoted me for parts that were not required I rejected the quote. Second experience took my desk top for a new fan even supp**** a voice clip to show the sound the fan was making but other than that the computer was working. they quoted me on a MB @ just under R4000. I approved the quote as I was in need of the computer. They took one week and when I collected it they had replaced the motherboard instead of the fan. I asked for the old mother board to be returned to the computer but they say they destroyed it. They collected the computer to repair again but have send me 5 new quotes for different parts. When I call them they say ignore the quotes. Its now been 1 month without the computer and R4000 out of pocket.
