Apalling Service. Do NOT use them!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Took my laptop in for an assessment - they said it will take 3/4 days. Im now on day 9 and have sent 6 mails to a Christopher on an update and to date he has not responded to one! I called twice and get put on hold, I call again today and get told the servers are currently down. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE They are USELESS. I have my time and patience with everyone and every service but this is completely out of order.
