Absolutely useless!

Absolutely useless! Took 2 week to diagnose. Paid to fix my printer and received my unit back a week later and still not working, when I took it back they charged me again to fix the same issue. R2100 further and my machine is still not working. No further assistance from the company. Unacceptable!! Poor customer service.
