1.5 months to replace a hard drive

Useless service. Hard drive on my new Lenovo laptop z5070 crashed and partserve are contracted to fix Lenovo laptops. took them one month to order the part and took them another 2 weeks to install windows 8. But they didn't install the correct version. Sent it back and now 1 week later I still haven't received it back. no call or info from them. Spent around R200 on airtime over these two months making phone calls to them. Only broken promises. Will never buy a product which they are contracted to fix or rather spend money fixing it myself than using them. Wow unbelievably poor service
