Zero customer service or satisfaction

Placed an order online which arrived relatively quickly, however, the contents were full of dust (the representative offer the explanation that it was because they are in the midst of a renovation and there is dust everywhere) and 4 out of the 5 products had expired. I reached out to them and got a call back from possibly one of the most unprofessional representatives I have encountered. No apology was offered, I was simply asked how I would like to go forward. I decided to take replacement and pay in the difference. I then sent back an email with my revised order. After countless attempts at receiving feedback (let alone the replacement order) I am still waiting for any form of communication. It's been a week of me chasing and I've yet to receive one word from them. The unprofessional service and disregard for paying customers is mind blowing.
