Useless and unprofessional salon / upsetting experience.

My simple blow dry appointment, in anticipation of Christmas Eve dinner, was the worst I have ever experienced. Very unprofessional. Three stylists were unnecessarily involved in the process and had very little idea of what they were doing. My hair was saturated with unnecessary product and actually felt dirty as well unstyled as I left. Nothing I suggested was taken into account regarding the styling and no apologies were offered as I paid full price. Very unpleasant time and I Be warned!
