Poor Keratin Treatment

I am writing to complain about the Keratin Treatment I had done on the 25 March with Monash at the Constantia Village salon.

I have had many Keratin treatments, Brazilians etc over the years but I am disappointed to say that this has not taken and given me the result I am used to and I did everything I am supposed to do, didn't wash my hair for 5 days after the treatment, only used the very overpriced 'special' shampoo and conditioner and used heat to dry my hair.

The long and short of it is, it is not straight and silky - it is actually more frizzy!! I called to explain this last week but the receptionist wasn't particularly helpful and said I needed to come in store and show Monash when he was next in - which unfortunately I wasn't able to do - as we had prior commitments. We are here on holiday and for a wedding.
