poor customer service

<p>I can surely say that just by receiving this terrible customer serrvice over the phone, I will definitely not be going to the Partners Hair design salon . I tried calling to get a quote for a colour and the girl named Morgan responds with a very disgusting attitude "unfortunately we are not able to give you a quote over the phone you need to come in". I was an apprentice at Hair Ambassadors myself I completely understand that but i basically asked for a price range. What is the possible charges for the treatments and colours I wanted and she literally put the phone down. I was willing to come in for quote but i basically needed a quote for myself and my friend as we are both interested in cominb to your salon.</p> <p>I trusted partners as being world renowned but clearly their customer services proves the contrary!!! I am extremely disappointed and I will not be visiting your salon in the near or future.</p>
