Partners ruined my hair

The senior stylist at Partners Hair Design Blueroute has completely ruined my hair and they have refused to refund me! This is rediculous, why should one have to pay for something they did not ask for? I am embarrassed to go out in public after what they have done. Please, if you at all value your hair DO NOT trust this salon.
