Partners is overpriced.

Hair special is a joke. I had a semi permanent hair colour app**** and charged over R1500. The calculation was based on the fact that they run their hair special of R895 plus the fact that they would need to use an additional 25 ml of hair colour (and a hair treatment of around R200) The price is ridiculous. R1500 for a semi permanent colour to be app**** roughly because it was not highlights nor permanent therefore not requiring any s**** in application. Partners waterfront is a complete *******. I suspect their hair stylists are remunerated based on how much they can sell you - some kind of commission system.
