Partners Hair Fail

I asked for my hair to be coloured slightly darker to match my natural colour regrowth. I even showed a photograph as a reference. In short instead of the light/medium brown I asked for I have BLACK hair. This is really awful as I am very pale. The stylist would not admit to her error and insisted it was the correct colour! I am neither blind nor stupid and would like a refund at least as my hair is now completely ruined. I am embarrassed to leave the house!
