Dear Partners,

Never in the HISTORY of me going to any hairdresser have i been asked for payment while my hair is still busy being done.

I feel it is so unprofessional to be asked for payment while my service has not been completed.

There was another lady in the salon while my hair was being done and i didnt see this lady being asked for payment. Is it because im coloured and the other lady was white ?

You guys offer a service and SHOULD NOT be asking for payment prior to the service being completed. I gave my card for payment RELUCTANTLY as in the moment i had said "one usually waits till the job is complete"

I will be posting this on HelloPeter as well. For such a popular salon brand I am disgusted and frankly will NEVER recommend the Salon to anyone.

My appointment was scheduled last minute and i do appreicate the Salon accommodating me but that doesn't mean i should be treated any different to other clients. I also commend the Stylist that did my hair i was very pleased BUT the woman at the front desk who requested payment from me prior to my service being completed left a sick feeling in my stomach. The salon closes at 6pm and my payment was requested at 17:24.

The stylist finsihed my hair at 17:34

DISGUSTING.

So the above was an email i sent to Partners. My subject line was "PARTNERS HAIR HOWARD CENTRE" The reponse i got from partners is below Hi Reana Coraizin,

We acknowledge receipt of your email

Please accept our sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory/uncomfortable experience

Kindly can you let me know which salon it is you had your service at.

As if it wasnt clear in the subject line.

I am a avid hairdresser goer and frankly Partners/Hairfreedom has the most uncultured and *********** staff.

I would not advise anyone to visit their branches.
