Partner's Hair Design Cavendish! Shocking!

I dont often complain about service, but my goodness! So disappointed in Partner's Hair Design in Cavendish Square. I called yesterday morning and wanted to know how much just a wash, fringe cut and rough dry would be. Firstly they told me they don't do rough dry's, only full on blow. Which I think is so ridiculous! My mom was desperate for a wash etc as she was down here from JHB so we just went with it. We were quoted R265 over the phone for all 3 (wash, quick fringe cut & a blow dry we didn't even want). When my mom was asked what she wanted to drink, she was offered Ricoffy?! I mean seriously, with the rates you charge, surely you can afford better coffee!? She opted for water instead.. Finally, when we were charged almost R100 more for the fringe cut (that last 10 seconds by the way), I questioned why it was higher than what was quoted over the phone. I was greeted with a blank & rude stare at me.. I am SO shocked! I will never come back to any partner's or even recommend to any of my overseas clients.
