Partners Hair Cavendish - Shocking Colour Experience

I would just like to warn other people about Partners Hair in Cavendish, I had booked an appointment for a cut but the stylist convinced me to do my colour. He seemed very experienced and was advising all the other stylists on their clients colour. After two long hours, they washed off the highlights only to see that my hair was orange! They then proceeded to put on a toner to try and bring the colour down as it was almost red! After that, they dried it off and then it still wasn't right so he put more highlights in to try and take out the orange. My hair is very fine and I said at the beginning of my appointment that my hair was fine and breaks easily. Anyway 5 hours later I left with awful hair that had brown patches and some zebra stripes that I was very unhappy with. I had to pay a further R 1300 to get the mess fixed at another hairdresser. I did contact the head office directly to report the incident and sent images as proof of my experience, however, I was told I would not be refunded in any way as it was not part of their t & c's? Shocking customer service! I subsequently looked on Facebook and they have lots of complaints that they haven't addressed.
