Over priced bad quality Tots hair cut

Good Day, I was first hesitant to write anything a few months back but now after a repeat bad experience at the partners hair design for men at the Gardens centre and the complete lack of action from anyone at the branch even after expressing my unhappiness. My eldest son first went for a haircut a few months ago only to come home in tears because they didnt do close to what he asked, on top of it I could see the lines or steps where they cut. It was such a bad job that frankly I could have done it myself if I wanted it to look that way. I called them and told them we were not happy, especially for what the charge for kids I mean it should be a great hair cut! So we returned later that day for them to fix his hair style but they only made it worse. My child was distraught and didnt even want to go to school the next day. I told them that this was unacceptable but they didnt seem to care and just let us leave.

I returned today, months later out of desperation because I live so close to them and I had tried to cut my 2 year olds fringe as it was hanging in his eyes but he moved and now it was uneven. So I though we may as well have him get his hair cut. So after shopping i stopped by to find out if the do toddlers hair cuts and a friendly hairdresser said yes they do and we can bring him by later on in the day. We went for his hair cut which took about 5 min, when I saw how they cut it, again like with his older brother you could see the steps, unevenness and just so untidy, I was not happy ! But what shocked me is that they were charging R175 for a 2 year olds haircut that I could have done!! Again I complained and they said that it is what it is . They have no care for customer satisfaction and they cannot cut hair to a decent standard. Unless something changes we will never be going back there, their customer relation s****s needs some serious work too.
