Outstanding Service

A great service which needed to be posted. Last Sunday I had an appointment at 12 (which the stylist was happy to do as she only starts at 13:00) unexpectedly there was a major hold up with the buses and she arrived at 12:30. In the meantime the receptionist Nabiya started washing and conditioning my hair and started drying until the stylist arrived. This is worth a mention as this service was remarkable she could’ve left me there to wait…. after all she’s not a stylist! but she chose to use her initiative- so seldom seen these days!!!! well done Partners in Canalwalk.
