No Support, be aware

Received my products on time. When I opened the box I could see that one of the products had leaked. Not a great amount. Took some photos and sent them to the supplier. Got an auto email back to say that my email had been received and that they would respond as soon as possible. That was over a week ago. If you can't provide support, don't bother to say you will. Would question there refunds policy
