MUSHY BOX WITH CONDITIONER CONTAINER RUPTURED.

I received some colored hair conditioners in a box which was in a courier bag. I opened the courier bag, all well. Then opened the box with my conditioners in them, to find one plastic container had ruptured and there was conditioner everywhere around it. And this stuff is pricey I might add. So I contacted PARTNERS HAIR DESIGN with photos, and instantly they apologized and they are sending me a new bottle.

This deserves 5 stars, does it not?
