MOST EXCEPTIONAL AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have received such great and amazing service from specifically the most awesome women, Illze. I purchased my hair iron in Feb 2023 and had issues with it and from the 1st complaint, Illze has helped me resolve it and understood my concerns. Eventually the 3rd time I had an issue, I called and she was on leave so I spoke to another lady who made sure that she received my email because as soon as Illze got back from leave, she called me up without me having to call to check and she assisted me with a total new replacement with no questions asked and also gave me some samples for my little girl's hair. All I can say is that the service I received from her was beyond my expectations and I am truly grateful to have dealt with her and she is a true gem to this business.
