Misleading Advertising & Apathetic Response

<p>I was advised telephonically by Partners hair desgin in the Gardens centre that the cheapest option for hair colour on the lenght of my hair would be the R799 Wednesday Special. I went to the salon and clearly indicated that I would like this special. I made an appointment for the next Wednesday. I arrived and started to pick the hair colour with the stylist. I have shoulder lenght hair. She then told me that I would have to pay an additional charge because I had long hair. I was taken aback as this was contrary to the phone call, the poster as the receptionist consultation. I agreed because I was to embarrased at that point to walk out. After the appointment I sent Partners a email describing the situation. They have been unhelpful, pointing out that the posters say 'T&Cs' apply. I have not asked for my money back, only some understanding, They have been patronising and rude. I will never return and encourage others to do the same.</p>
