Horrible service from the stylist

Horrible service from the stylist (the lady that botched my hair) and constantly attempting to sell me hair products instead of actually, well, cutting hair. <br> <br> I was offered a coffee, which never arrived. The stylist was always snapping at her colleagues for apparently taking away her clients, which made me feel uncomfortable as she was extremely passive aggressive to them. <br> <br> Constantly being offered treatments and product instead of concentrating on her job. I get the feeling they are pushed to make profits or personal commission and haven't the slightest idea of customer interaction and good service. <br> <br> The cut left much to be desired and was not worth the five minutes actually spent on my hair, not to mention the exorbitant price paid their pathetic service. <br> <br> Needless to say, I won't be returning and will make sure friends and family be made aware of the terrible service. <br> <br> Not happy.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
