Horrible service

I made a booking for me and my mom Tuesday morning for Thursday (today)afternoon. My mom is leaving tomorrow morning for a trip.got at hairdresser to be told a trainee made the booking and they are busy with a meeting not gonna do anyone hair.so my question is if the trainee take the booking is there no one that follows up on her work because she's still training. Anyone could've called and just canceled. To drive from Gordons bay to somerset mall for nothing. Iam so disappointed in how it was handled
