Head office Manager horrible attitude/unfriendly, not knowledgeable;e / bad cust service

What an awful experience! Received by Lesli at the head office. Imagine calling for details on which flat iron b to purchase,which btw is not cheap coming in at nearly R3000! Sent from store to store looking for answers and good advice of their products, one would think they'd knwo what they talking about , but sadly not. I called for advice on which iron to get, and queries relating could nine and more details on the BHE that most ppl do not seem to know of or stock. Partners does and they couldn't even make tell me more than it had temperature control and yeah that's about it( a given setting on all irons in this day and age)

Point is you must have had a bad afternoon to have been able to to sound so horrible, unfriendly and not helpful, I blatantly just told her I will rather call a doff branch who can help me make my decision easier. Not even SCAR has this BHE and hopefully I will find it else where If i decide to go with it, but partners wont see a dime any longer from me or any recommendation,/ referrals or good word esp when it comes to appliances and products of such value.
