extremely rude HR

on 11/06/2018 and also on this morning i called your HR the ladies name is Melanie. She was extremely rude and disrespectful as i was in need of confirmation on one of your employees. She did not have any patience and asked me to move this call forward. This however is not the first time that this has happened.
