Extremely Disappointing Service and Failure to Address a Defective Product

Extremely bad service and a complete lack of accountability.

I ordered a hair mask online and received it on 3 October. When I attempted to use it on 4 October, I immediately noticed that something was not right with the product. The consistency was unusually creamy, and there were small black particles throughout the mask. I tried using a small amount to see whether the particles would dissolve, but instead, the product turned my blonde hair extremely yellow. It took **three washes to remove the substance from my hair**.

I immediately contacted customer support via email on 4 October and have since attempted to reach them multiple times via their landline, without success. To date, I have received absolutely no response.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that I took the initiative to contact the manufacturer directly, who confirmed that the product may be from a defective batch.

As a customer, I find this unacceptable. When a customer receives a product that appears defective and experiences an adverse result from using it, the least one should expect is professional communication, assistance, and accountability. Instead, I have been left without a response or resolution despite making several attempts to contact the company.

It is incredibly disappointing to see such disregard for customer concerns, especially when the product has the potential to affect the condition and appearance of someone's hair. I purchased this product expecting it to be safe and suitable for use, not to be left dealing with the consequences of a potentially defective product.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service received. Customers deserve better communication, proper quality control, and a company that is willing to take responsibility when something goes wrong.

I would not recommend purchasing from a business that fails to respond to legitimate complaints or provide customers with the assistance they deserve.
