DO NOT order at their online store

I ordered a product on November 27th, sent a query email through on November 30th as I haven't seen any movement on my order nor additional emails. STILL NO PRODUCT has been delivered and I haven't received any email in response to my query. R920 spent and not a word from Partners!?????? I've done ALOT of online shopping and this is the first I experience such bad customer servicec. Now I have to call THEM, follow up with THEM, chase THEM for something I PAID FOR
