Disgusted Cloud 9 Customer

I purchased my Cloud 9 at Partners Salon, Somerset Mall at R2695.00. Two months thereafter it broke and I had to send it back for repairs. I received it again and it was not long after that when it broke again. Which to me means that this was indeed a faulty product. I wanted to send it back again but I was told that I had to pay as this was out of manufacturers warranty. I hardly ever used the flat iron as it was faulty and I had to send it back and forth all the time. Cloud 9 is a waste of money so I encourage everyone not to buy one!! I have to pay an amount and I refuse to because to me it feels that I am buying the same product twice. I am very disappointed in Cloud 9 or Partners Hair Salon for selling me a faulty product of which I now needs to pay for it to be repaired!! I am disgusted!!!!!!
