Was a client at partners hair academy first time ,the treatment on used in my hair made my hair so oily ,and I already have oily hair! I told the person doing my hair and I was advised the product used on my hair will help ,how does that help if I already have oily hair! I had a trim more hair was cut off!!!then too top it off the flat iron gave my hair more volume it was thick and I have faulty thin hair ,straight ! They not polite ,sitting in the waiting area whilst the receptionist sits and smokes just had your hair done and it smells like smoke! The senior lady advised me the reason why my normally comes out thin is because the settings I. Flat iron is very high ! However I use the vaudrey flat iron this flat is almost r3k! I will never set foot again her ! Regardless if they still training that's why they have the senior staff to oversee these kinds of issues! We are still paying customers!
