I visited your Blue Route Mall location today to inquire about the Flatirons, specifically the Myoko Onyx, which caught my attention on your website last night. I’ve been using a GHD for over 10 years and was eager to upgrade to a high-quality product that would be a similar long-term investment.

However, when I asked the staff at the salon about the differences between ceramic and titanium plates, they were unable to assist me. One staff member approached her colleague to help answer my questions, but unfortunately, both seemed unsure and said they didn’t really know the difference.

I was quite surprised, as I expected staff at a professional hair salon to be well-informed about the tools and products they offer. Given the price point of the Flatirons, I wanted to ensure I was making an informed decision. Regrettably, I left without making a purchase due to the lack of guidance.

That said, I do want to acknowledge that the staff seem very capable in terms of their general service and product offerings. I just hope this feedback helps enhance the customer experience in the future, especially for those looking to invest in quality tools.
