Annah did a very bad job with my hair

<p>Annah at Cavensdish did not do at all what I asked for. She charged me extra for the colour because of the lenght of my hair but she went and cut of all my hair. I wanted to be able to tie my hair, I will not be able to do that for the next 6 months, at least. I had to go to another salon to fix the bad cut, it was about 2 cm longer on the right side. Partners head office did not want to refund me. They have no pride in their work, and customer satisfaction is not a priority. </p>
