Small Matters of the Heart

Whenever your Medical Bill is handed over for collection by the agency instead of being collected by your consulting doctor, you end up being bul**** and never given an opportunity to correct or dispute the amount to be collected. Most of these cases, as always in my case, is the issue of an Anesthetic account for which no prior approval was obtained from the Medical Aid. This is always a painful process that you always want to avoid but to no avail. However, Partner4life would never have been in a position to portray a positive of the entity had it not been the best placement of the Receptionist, Esna Kruger who is a marvel to interact with. She is such a good communicator, always friendly and willing to assist and without a compromise. To her, a customer is treated with respect whether it is over the phone or physical contact, she is the same. Congratulations to this marvelous and wonderful worker and I wish her and Partner4life magnanimous success in their business.
