Horrible treatment of ****mer physiothe****** Tracy Grant
Grant and faasen physiothe******s at kloof hospital in conjunction with partner4life is the worst physio ever!!!..besides being rude,not having pasient empathy or care and being over rated and over priced..you make a payment arrangement with them from day one then they phone you constantly with a different story everytime of you have to send written confirmation on payment arrangement then reply on whatsapp then confirm on recorded phone call and so on..and still even if you do all that and keep to your payment arrangement and pay promptly the harassment still continues..and now they threaten you that your leftover account of R300 is handed over and your payment arrangement is now Declined..(after having only one payment left...the service,client communication and work ethic of them all is truly horrible.. I would NOT recommend them.. They are sharks and will only make your medical journey a nightmare.. They make you feel like a worthless person and that only because your medical aid dit not cover all there invoices and you were not even aware..when you find out and try to settle it and make arrangements you are treated like ****.. Worst practice ever and I hope they close down and everyone boycots them ... I will never use them again!!!and will use my rights as a human to make sure they never get the chance to rob someone els of there dignity
