Optique account department is verry bad

I visited optique in Pinehurst, Staff is good and assistance I cannot complain.

But when the claim was submitted to the medical aid they submitted the claim twice not understanding that not the whole claim was rejected only a portion was rejected. They then break up the claim in different lines(Which should have happened the first time) and submitted it again. causing the claim to be paid twice by the medical aid. I made contact and a lady Mckyla Botha phoned me and said that myself and the medical aid is wrong and only an amount of R2180 is being paid out. I phoned the medical aid and they confirmed that an amount of R3580 was paid to the provider. I have now spend in total of 2 hours resolving this only to be told by Optiques account department that it is not their problem and the member and medical aid should resolve this. in the meantime they are sitting with an extra R1400 that was paid to them
