Bad service from Parklane Nurses

I was admitted for my child birth it was a c section at parklane hospital from the 19th september to the 22nd September 2017. The service i got from the nurses was despicable.

I advise the nurses in ward 3 i was in pain after my operation one nurse advised me its because the anesthetic in wearing out i was in i was in excruciating pain and was bleeding i pressed the buser to call the nurse again one nurse came again and switched off the buser bit still no assistance until my fiance when to complain to the thats when i was attended to and was given pain ****er after so much pain.

We also were called buy the lady from home affairs requesting additional document for our childs birth certificate we submitted the document on the day we recieved the call and left at the reception at stocks nests only , today we recieved a call from the lady advising that she didnt recieve the document which was submitted and we need our childs birth certificate to register him on medical aid and is very inconveniencing us because of the incompetency from the staff at parklane hospital.

After paying so much i expected the best servise but i wasnt impressed at all with the service during my stay at parklane i am really dissapointed.
