*******!!!!The worst company.I booked parking at 0345 online in front of parking lot. When I clicked pay, it was a few minutes later after filling out the form. Because it was later than 0345 after clicking pay, website change to next day. I called company and no one answered. I cancel with 5 min after knocking on door and calling. I booked for a week. I park next door bcz no one was at Parkvia which claims to be open 24 hr. i cancelled immediately within minutes. They refuse to give refund for the week when I cancelled at within minutes because no one was at parking lot or no one answered phone call.

Parkvia wrote this to me: "Your booking was confirmed on 10/03/2020 at 03:56:05. Therefore, it was impossible to book for 10 March at 3:45 on our website. Clearly, you booked on 11 March as it is shown in your booking voucher believing to book on 10 March. Please, note that cancellation free does not mean refund. The Terms and Conditions of your booking state: Cancellation notice period: Greater than 24 hours before the start date and time: Full refund Thanks for your understanding. Antonio ParkVia Team"

This company is like a ***** *****ing from people. They know my intent and admit it. They do not answer phone and no one at parking lot to correct the problem. They ***** my money for a week parking. ! Park Via are *******!!!!
