Shady business not following their own terms and conditions

I decided to reserve a parking spot at the Tegel Berlin airport. Later I decided to park somewhere else and canceled my reservation. As I canceled over 24 hours before my designated time, I expected to receive my money back according to their terms and conditions. That did not happen and company kept my money. Customer service is trying to claim I had different dates in my reservation, which is not true.
