Never again!

Really disappointed! Notified them of the time of arrival but could not contact them on any of their channels. Finally had to take the Gautrain home from OR Tambo airport. Got a call while on the train with a whole lot of stupid excuses why I could not contact him - no airtime, no battery, phone broken. Had to return the next day to fetch my car which was stored in yard of a private home. Refused to compensate me for my costs of getting home - I just asked for the R508 it cost for Gautrain - not the other costs of coming back to fetch my car, or the inconvenience. So it turns out that Parkvia is merely a broker service (Like Uber) and they use agents to store the car at their private homes (Security, insurance, responsibility?) and are now trying to deny any responsibility for their agent's poor service. Never again!
