I made a booking on 020320 from 030320 Total ****!!!!

I made a booking on 020320 from 030320 to 040320. ParkVIA took the money paypal account for £13.95. I never got confirmation from their booking system.They did not want to accept my booking. They have asked me to book again obviously for more money. Total ****!!!!
