Take money without permission

Do not use Paratus. They are *******. We didn't have internet most of the year and have been struggling with service from the beginning. When I tried to cancel my contract, they rep**** that I have to pay for the months left in the contract. I DID NOT agree to this and DID NOT fill in the form. I didn't receive the service of the contract I signed for in the first place. They ignored my emails refusing to pay this and went and deducted an unauthorized amount of R 4 499.00 from my bank account!
