Paratus SA incompetence

My experience with Paratus SA has been more than unpleasant. What they sell you is not what you get, the speed they advertise is not the speed you experience. Streaming services and downloads are deprioritised so much that it takes 20min to download a 10mb app from Android playstore. Educational sites like Efundi which is essentially to us as students trying to study don't always work and downloading lectures from the site is a nightmare. Holding Zoom meetings with lecturers is always a struggle. Netflix wont even open as the internet is too slow and can't connect to necessary servers. Other Streaming services buffer every 2 minutes. Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook is slow, it takes forever to upload or watch small video clips which shouldn't be a problem on a 10mb download and 3mb upload line which hasn't even close to reached the 200gb soft cap. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone as my experience with Paratus has been unpleasant and unable to meet my needs as I specified when I signed the contract.
