Paratus SA bad internet speed

Iv been struggling with this company for a long time. I'm currently on a 20 down 3 up line but can't even load netflix or YouTube properly. I am fed up with the terrible internet speed. This is not what they promised and it's surely not what I'm paying for. I was originally on the 10 down and 3 up line and decided to upgrade to a faster package but I can truly say that there is no difference I would rather say that it's getting worse.
