Not impressed with Paratus

I live on the boarder of RSA and Namibia. The only option we had was to opt for satellite internet because the celphone coverage are so bad. Got connected in October and all was good and dandy... Now the last month the signal strength is ranging between 0.2 mbps and 4 if you lucky it goes up to 8.5mbps.... But my husband pays for a 20 mbps service. We don't have dstv and stream what ever we watch and lately we are back on watching buffering sircles that anything else
